Santa Clara County Superior Court grants motion for summary judgment filed by Bergeson, LLP on behalf of PCTEL, Inc.
On August 16, 2004, the Santa Clara County Superior Court granted a motion for summary judgment, or, alternatively, summary adjudication filed by Bergeson, LLP on behalf of PCTEL, Inc. In the lawsuit, related to PCTEL’s acquisition of Voyager Technologies, Inc., plaintiff Ronald H. Fraser alleged that PCTEL and its transfer agent, Wells Fargo Shareowner Services, had breached various contracts with Fraser, a co-founder of Voyager Technologies, causing him in excess of $1.5 million in damages. The Court found that neither PCTEL nor Wells Fargo had breached any contracts with Fraser and that Fraser had not suffered any damages. Bergeson, LLP attorneys John W. Fowler, Donald P. Gagliardi and Marc G. van Niekerk represented PCTEL, Inc., a company dedicated to wireless excellence, and a leading provider of mobility software solutions, software-defined radio products and access technology. |
