The February 5, 2010 edition of the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal highlights Agility IP Law’s affiliation with Bergeson, LLP.  James C. Otteson is the founder of Agility IP Law, a firm that was launched in January 2010 and is focused on intellectual property litigation services.  Daniel J. Bergeson, founding partner of Bergeson, LLP commented: “The affiliation between Bergeson and Agility IP Law will allow us to leverage our collective trial skills, as well as Jim’s expertise in patent and ITC litigation.”
