Lynn L. Bergeson, Managing Director of Bergeson, LLP's affiliated counsel, Bergeson & Campbell, P.C., has been elected to serve as Chair of the American Bar Association's Section on Environment, Energy, and Resources for 2005-2006. Environment, Energy and Resources is the premier forum for attorneys working in those fields. The section has more than 10,000 members with a wide range of professional interests.
