Experience: Prior to joining Bergeson, LLP, Ms. Chung was an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in New York, NY from 2002-2007.

Ms. Chung practices securities and complex commercial litigation. She has represented corporate and high net worth clients in connection with all aspects of federal and state commercial and securities litigation, including breach of contract and commercial tort actions, regulatory investigations, NASD arbitrations, and internal investigations. She has represented a large futures commission merchant in a CFTC fraud investigation, a commercial lender in a fraud action to recover over $30 million in damages and an underwriter defendant in the In re Initial Public Offering Securities Litigation, 21 MC 92 (SAS).
