Mark E. Foster, Affiliated Counsel to Bergeson, LLP, has been appointed to the Industry Trade Advisory Committee (ITAC).

Mark E. Foster, Affiliated Counsel to Bergeson, LLP and UC Hastings Graduate, has been appointed by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez and U.S. Trade Representative Rob Portman to the Industry Trade Advisory Commitee (ITAC) on Information and Communications Technolgies, Services, and Electronic Commerce. ITAC is a high-level public-private partnership jointly chartered by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Trade Representative in the Executive Office of the President (USTR). ITAC engages business leaders such as Mark Foster in formulating and implementing U.S. international trade policy.
