Experience: Ms. Hsu’s area of practice is business litigation. She has represented manufacturers in disputes with suppliers and distributors; investors in venture fund disputes; business creditors and debtors; business principals in disputes with each other; and officers and directors facing challenges from shareholders and creditors. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hsu was an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, where she represented municipal agencies and employees in a variety of cases in state and federal court. She has tried eight cases to verdict, including five as lead counsel. |
