Bergeson, LLP is pleased to have two attorney written articles featured in the Northern California Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) Report, Vol. 23, No. 3, Spring 2015. Bergeson Partners, Jaideep Venkatesan and Sara Petersen Graves’s article “Federal Trade Secrets Legislation and California: Resolving the Conflicts Within and Without,” is one of the articles featured, and discusses the growing interest in trade secret laws at the federal level and the impact the current federal trade secret bills pending in Congress could have on California litigators should they become law.
