Silva, Legal Administrator and Finance Manager for Bergeson, LLP, and President of the Silicon Valley Chapter for 2004, accepted the award on behalf of the Silicon Valley Chapter before 1800 administrators at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. This was the first time in its twenty-three-year history that the Silicon Valley Chapter received this prestigious award. |
