April 2005	On April 18, 2005, the Association of Legal Administrators awarded its highest honor, the President's Award, to the Silicon Valley Chapter. Jan M. Silva, Legal Administrator and Finance Manager for Bergeson, LLP, and President of the Silicon Valley Chapter for 2004, accepted the award on behalf of the Silicon Valley Chapter before 1800 administrators at the Moscone Center in San Francisco. March 2005	In Schuster v. Gardner, et al., 2005 WL 487880 (March 3, 2005), the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, affirmed the Order of the San Diego County Superior Court sustaining defendants' demurrers, including that of Bergeson, LLP client Stephen P. Gardner, without leave to amend.
