Bergeson Eliopoulos Wins Summary Judgment in International Contract Dispute; Praised by Federal Judge for Skilled Lawyering San Jose, California: March 30, 2001 - Bergeson Eliopoulos, LLP attorneys William T. Gagliardi obtained summary judgment in favor of Dillingham Construction International, Inc. and its joint venture partner, ABB Susa, in a five-year long Miller Act multi-million dollar contract dispute arising out of the upgrading and conversion of a U.S. military air base in Egypt. They [Eliopoulos and Gagliardi] have proven to be skilled and experienced." Judge Walker observed in his order, which approved an award of fees, that, "This was a long and complicated case. . . . The complexity of the case required the court to employ a special master . . . The many hours that [Bergeson Eliopoulos] counsel spent on the case were in the end well-spent. Counsel delivered a victory for defendants on all claims."
