Shark Byte:

Bergeson Eliopoulos, LLP is a proud participant in the San Jose Downtown Association's "Shark Byte"art project, the largest public art program in San Jose history. The firm is sponsoring "Fish and Chips," a six foot fiberglass shark artfully covered with circuit boards, computer chips and other electronic detritus. "Fish and Chips" is one of 100 sharks that will be on display in San Jose until October 31, 2001. In early November "Fish and Chips" will be auctioned off with the proceeds going to the East San Jose Community Law Center (ESJCLC), a Santa Clara University Law School project which provides free legal services to low income San Jose residents. Bergeson Eliopoulos partner Donald Gagliardi is a board member of the San Jose Downtown Association. Associate Tahj Gomes is on the board of ESJCLC.
