Bergeson Eliopoulos, LLP Wins Arbitration - Commended for Preparedness and Efficiency in Conducting Arbitration Bergeson Eliopoulos, LLP attorneys John L. Antracoli and Tien T. Cai recently obtained an arbitration award in favor of the lessor and against the lessor's former tenant, in a dispute arising out of the lease of a commercial/industrial building located in Silicon Valley. The arbitrator, the Honorable Read Ambler (Ret.), a former Judge of the Santa Clara County Superior Court, awarded the Firm's client 98.6% of the amount demanded in the arbitration. After rendering the award on the merits of the lessor's claims, the arbitrator then proceeded to grant the lessor's request for attorneys' fees and costs in the full amount requested. In rendering his award of the lessor's attorneys' fees and costs, Judge Ambler commended Antracoli and Cai for "the demonstrably well-prepared and efficient conduct of the case."
