The United States District Court for the Northern District of California grants Bergeson, LLP’s motion for entry of final judgment in favor of its client.

On October 26, 2005, the United States District Court, for the Northern District of California, granted Bergeson, LLP’s motion for entry of final judgment in favor of its client in the action Scognamillo, et al., v. Credit Suisse First Boston LLC, et al., No. C03-02061 TEH. The Court also denied Plaintiffs’ motion for leave to file motion for reconsideration of the Court’s previous order granting Bergeson, LLP’s motion to dismiss on behalf of its client.
