On October 23, 2007, Mindy M. Morton was one of the featured speakers at a seminar entitled “Viacom v. YouTube (Google) Case: A review of Section 512 (DMCA).” The seminar, sponsored by the High Tech Law Institute, Santa Clara University School of Law, and the High Technology Law Section of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, addressed the possible implications for significant issues raised by this litigation on DMCA Section 512.
