Experience: Mr. Stebbins' practice focuses on the litigation of employment, intellectual property, and commercial disputes. He has extensive experience handling a wide range of business litigation, including cases involving trade secret misappropriation and employee solicitation, technology licensing, patent, trademark and copyright infringement, false advertising and unfair competition, employment discrimination and harassment, wage and hour issues, and wrongful termination. In the past, he has also litigated construction, real estate, insurance coverage, and environmental matters. His practice also emphasizes general employment counseling to management and executives.
Prior to joining Bergeson, LLP, Mr. Stebbins was a partner with Tomlinson Zisko, LLP in Palo Alto. He serves as an arbitrator for the Santa Clara County Superior Court. |
