Experience: Ms. Stangenes was a litigation attorney at Rutan & Tucker, Costa Mesa, California, from 1991 to 1997. Ms. Stangenes’s area of practice is commercial litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property and employment matters. Ms. Stangenes also has substantial experience in appellate practice and has obtained favorable opinions in two published decisions: Scott v. Continental Ins. Co., 44 Cal.App.4th 24 (1996) and Golden Security Thrift & Loan Assoc. v. First American Title Ins. Co., 53 Cal.App.4th 250 (1997).
