Bergeson, LLP sponsors The Complex Court Symposium

The Complex Courts Symposium, an annual CLE program designed to address current complex litigation issues, will be held on November 12, 2013, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the San Jose Marriott in Downtown San Jose. The Symposiums are held yearly in conjunction with the State Complex Litigation Judges’ Annual Roundtable/Workshop. This is the first time the Judges’ Roundtable/Workshop and the Symposium will be held in San Jose. The Symposium will be hosted by the Honorable James Kleinberg, Santa Clara County Superior Court Complex Court Judge, and sponsored by the Santa Clara County Bar Association along with the State Bar Litigation Section and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers of Northern California. The Symposium features 14 complex litigation judges from across the State, participating in four breakout sessions. These sessions include the ABCs of Complex Civil; Class Actions; Mass Actions and Multi-Jurisdictional Issues, which will be moderated by Bergeson, LLP’s Founding Partner Daniel J. Bergeson. At the conclusion of the breakout sessions, a networking reception with an opportunity to mingle with other practitioners and judges will be held. Registration for the Symposium is currently available through the Santa Clara County Bar Association CLE calendar at www.sccba.com.
