On October 7-8, 2011, Daniel J. Bergeson will be serving as a faculty member at the Western Deposition Program sponsored by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Santa Clara County’s Legal Professional Association has named Jan Balli, Executive Director of Bergeson LLP, as 2011 “Boss of the Year.” Nominations were submitted to the SCCoLPA’s committee in September.
