The Spring 2016 edition of the ABTL Northern California Report features Caroline McIntyre’s On Litigation Skills column entitled Using Experts Effectively In Litigation. The column covers such topics as whether an expert is needed, when to retain experts, how to find good experts, expert communications, reports, and depositions, as well as trial. Ms. McIntyre is the designated columnist for the On Litigation Skills column, and is Managing Partner of Bergeson, LLP, where she is a business litigator. The Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) provides a collegial forum for the discussion of business litigation issues, and is committed to promoting and enhancing communications between the Bar and the federal and state benches.
