Experienced Business Litigation Associate
Bergeson, LLP seeks an associate attorney with 3 to 7 years of business litigation experience. The firm’s practice encompasses all aspects of business litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of securities, intellectual property, and employment litigation. We seek highly qualified candidates with excellent academic credentials and relevant business litigation experience. Membership in the California Bar required.

The compensation range of this position is $150,000 – $230,000 annually plus benefits. Within this range, candidates’ pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, experience and education.
Accounts Payable Clerk
Bergeson, LLP seeks an accounts payable clerk. The position will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, and expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will provide you an opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience. The responsibilities will include:
- Process invoices and payments;
- Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports;
- Verify financial data for use in maintaining records; and
- Additional administrative items as assigned.
