Bergeson Litigation Partner Caroline McIntyre Retires
Caroline McIntyre, Managing Partner of Bergeson, LLP and a distinguished leader in the legal community has retired from the firm. For more than three decades, Caroline has been at the forefront of high-stakes securities, venture capital, and business litigation, securing favorable outcomes for clients, leading trials, and representing directors, officers, and companies throughout California. Since 2003 she has guided Bergeson, LLP with vision and integrity, earning numerous recognitions including Benchmark Litigation Star, Best Lawyers® Lawyer of the Year for Litigation – Securities, Silicon Valley Woman of Influence, and Burton Awards for Legal Achievement. Caroline’s impact extends far beyond the courtroom. She has served in leadership roles within The Honorable William A. Ingram Inn of Court, including past President, Executive Committee member, and Co-Leader of the Service and Outreach Group, authored influential columns for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers Report, and contributed her talents as President of the San Jose Wind Symphony’s Board of Directors.
