Bergeson, LLP Affiliated Counsel Anthony Glassman Helps Secure ~ $40M Verdict For Clients In Defamation Suit

As reported in Law360, Anthony Glassman of Glassman Browning, PA helped secure nearly $40 million in damages for defamation per se and false light invasion of privacy for clients Bradley S. Cohen and Cohen Asset Management, Inc.  Mr. Glassman was retained as First Amendment media counsel to work with Mr. Cohen’s long-time counsel, Robert Mitchell of the Phoenix firm Tiffany & Bosco. The award is one of the largest in Nevada state history and is also noted to be “possibly the largest Internet defamation award in U.S. history.”
