Bergeson, LLP Partner Mindy Morton has been elected Secretary of the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Her one year term begins January 1, 2010. Ms. Morton is an active member of the SCCBA and currently serves on its Executive Board and the Board of Trustees. The Santa Clara County Bar Association is a non-profit professional organization working to provide training and support to member attorneys, improve and streamline local administration of justice, and serve the public by fostering public understanding of and access to the legal system. The SCCBA currently has over 3,650 member attorneys.
