Bergeson LLP Welcomes Andrew Johnson To The Firm

Bergeson LLP is proud to announce that Andrew Johnson has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Andrew represents public and private companies, officers, and individuals in SEC enforcement actions, securities and stockholder class actions, and complex litigation matters.

Before his legal career, Andrew was a senior assurance associate at a professional services firm providing audit, tax, and advisory services, where he primarily focused on financial statement audits of Fortune 500 companies. He later practiced at Arnold & Porter LLP and Cooley LLP, representing clients across various industries in federal and state courts. Andrew’s background in finance and accounting informs his strategic approach to litigation. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco.
