Caroline McIntyre’s Column On Professionalism In Litigation Featured In ABTL Report

The current issue of the Northern California Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) Report features Caroline McIntyre’s On Litigation column addressing professionalism in litigation.  The column outlines professional responsibilities to clients, opposing parties and their counsel, the court, and the public.  Caroline is the designated columnist for the ABTL Report’s On Litigation column and is Managing Partner of Bergeson, LLP.  She is also a longtime Executive Committee member with the William A. Ingram Inn of Court, an organization dedicated to promoting ethics, civility and professionalism in the legal profession, and is a member of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California Standing Committee on Professional Conduct.  The ABTL provides a collegial forum for the discussion of business litigation issues, and is committed to promoting and enhancing communications between the Bar and the federal and state benches.
