Celadon Executives Seek To Dismiss TA Dispatch Lawsuit

Law360 recently featured Bergeson LLP’s defense of former senior executives of Celadon Group, Inc. and certain affiliates in a lawsuit brought in the Delaware Court of Chancery by TA Dispatch LLC.  The lawsuit relates to TA Dispatch’s April 2019 acquisition of the Celadon Logistics business.
