Overview
Shauna Brill is the Director of People and Communications with Bergeson, LLP. She develops and implements the Firm’s human resources initiatives and strategies and bridges management and employee relations. She manages recruiting by identifying top hires, on-boarding, training, and creating successful retention programs. Additionally, she partners with Firm leaders to develop business methods and procedures to meet the Firm’s diversity goals to ensure all Firm personnel can engage and succeed. Shauna ensures the attorney and staff professional development efforts are strategically aligned with business goals and organized to meet the demands of the Firm’s clients in a competitive marketplace.
Shauna also manages and directs all public relations for the Firm, including the Firm’s community involvement, sponsorships, and charitable giving. She updates the attorneys on current trends in legal marketing and identifies speaking engagements. Shauna also researches and implements the Firm’s digital marketing strategies, social media presence, and manages the website.
