The ABTL Report Features Caroline McIntyre’s “On Litigation Skills Column” Addressing Use Of Interpreters
The Summer 2015 edition of the ABTL Northern California Report features Caroline McIntyre’s On Litigation Skills column addressing use of interpreters in litigation matters. The column covers such topics as finding the right interpreter, using an interpreter to assist with the representation, preparing the client for testimony through an interpreter, and use of interpreters for deposition and trial. Ms. McIntyre is the designated columnist for the On Litigation Skills column, and is Managing Partner of Bergeson, LLP, where she is a business litigator. The Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) provides a collegial form for the discussion of business litigation issues, and is committed to promoting and enhancing communications between the bar and the federal and state benches.
