Vincent I. Parrett Elected Partner With Bergeson, LLP

Bergeson, LLP is pleased to announce that Vincent I. Parrett has been elected Partner with the Firm.  Vince joined Bergeson, LLP in February 2014 as Of Counsel.  Serving as lead counsel with extensive trial expertise, Vince helps individuals and companies navigate through complex litigation.  His practice focuses on commercial disputes involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duties, breach of contract, mergers and acquisitions, class actions, and mass torts. Vince has also served our country as an officer and trial lawyer in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
