Bergeson, LLP Affiliated Counsel Jared Kopel recently published an article entitled “Supreme Court Again Clarifies Standards For ERISA Claims” at Law360.com addressing the Supreme Court’s decision on Amgen v. Harris.  Mr. Kopel’s article explained how the Supreme Court’s decision further clarifies when a plaintiff has brought a valid claim against the administrators of a company’s employee stock fund for breaching their fiduciary duties to the fund.
