Daniel J. Bergeson Selected As A Fellow With The Litigation Counsel Of America

The firm is pleased to announce that Daniel J. Bergeson has been selected as a Fellow with the Litigation Counsel of America (“LCA”).  The LCA is an honorary society established to echo the new face of the American bar.   The LCA’s purpose is to recognize deserving, experienced, and highly qualified lawyers, and to provide an outlet for scholarly authorship of legal articles on trial and litigation practice.  The LCA also provides additional sources for professional development, promotes suphttps://www.litcounsel.org/erior advocacy and ethical standards in the practice of law, and assists in community involvement by its membership. Fellows are selected and invited into the Fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation. Membership is by invitation only, and the number of full Fellowships has been kept at an exclusive limit of 3,500 Fellows, by design.
