Bergeson, LLP Expands To San Francisco

Bergeson, LLP is pleased to announce the opening of its San Francisco office at 101 California Street, within the heart of the city’s financial and business district.  This expansion will provide easy access for the firm’s technology client base to meet with Bergeson, LLP attorneys. 

John Pernick, formerly a partner in Bingham McCutchen’s securities litigation department in San Francisco, will head up the office for Bergeson, LLP.
