John Pernick has been named Partner in Charge, San Francisco. John brings over 25 years of experience representing clients ranging from Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 50 corporations in complex business litigation, securities litigation, corporate governance disputes, and regulatory investigations. Known for his strategic client advocacy and deep understanding of business-driven legal issues, John has guided executives, founders, and investors through high-stakes litigation and negotiated resolutions that protect client interests.

Jaideep “Jay” Venkatesan has been appointed Partner in Charge, Silicon Valley. Jay is a highly skilled intellectual property and employment litigator with nearly two decades of experience handling complex trade secret, patent, and business disputes for tech entrepreneurs, founders, and growth companies. He is recognized for his effectiveness in obtaining and defeating temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, as well as advising clients on dispute resolution strategies that minimize litigation risk.
