Daniel J. Bergeson Appointed Editor-in-Chief of The ABTL Report

Daniel J. Bergeson has been appointed Editor-in-Chief of The ABTL Report, the official publication of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL). In his role, Daniel will help guide the editorial vision of the publication and contribute to the ABTL’s ongoing mission of promoting a dialogue between the California bench and bar on business litigation issues. Daniel will serve alongside a distinguished Editorial Committee comprised of Honorable Socrates (Pete) Manoukian, Honorable Vincent I. Parrett, Honorable Brian C. Walsh (Ret.), Lisa Bugni, Joshua Borger, and Laura Hurtado.
