Daniel J. Bergeson Appointed to University of Michigan Law School AI Advisory Council 

Bergeson, LLP is pleased to announce that founding partner Daniel J. Bergeson has been appointed to the AI Advisory Council at the University of Michigan Law School.

The newly established council brings together an accomplished group of leaders from the legal profession, technology industry, business, and academia to help guide the institution’s approach to artificial intelligence in legal education and practice. Council members will provide strategic guidance on curriculum, programming, and emerging issues as the legal profession continues to adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies.

A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Bergeson joins an esteemed group of attorneys, corporate executives, technology leaders, and legal innovators. His appointment reflects the depth of experience he brings to the legal issues surrounding emerging technologies and complex business disputes. Bergeson, LLP advises companies, venture funds, private equity, investment firms, and executives, on matters involving artificial intelligence governance, digital assets, intellectual property, corporate counseling, crisis management, securities litigation, venture capital, and other high-stakes commercial disputes.

The council recently held its inaugural meeting and will continue meeting regularly with the University of Michigan Law School leadership. Members will also engage with students and faculty through educational programs and other initiatives designed to position Michigan Law as a leader at the intersection of law and technology.
