Daniel J. Bergeson Elected President Of The Association Of Business Trial Lawyers (“ABTL”)

The Board of Governors of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (“ABTL”) Northern California Chapter has elected Bergeson, LLP Partner, Daniel J. Bergeson, as President, effective January 1, 2019.   Mr. Bergeson has been a member of the Board of Governors for 10 years, including serving as Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer in addition to Co-Chair of the Annual Seminar and Co-Chair of the Programs Committee.

The ABTL was founded in 1972 to develop a forum for the discussion of business trials, and has chapters in five cities in California. The Northern California chapter and the Los Angeles chapter are the two largest ABTL chapters. The ABTL is unique in providing a forum in which litigators and judges meet together to address issues important to business trial lawyers.  In addition, the ABTL is known for its outstanding Dinner Programs, Annual Seminars and ABTL Reports.
