Daniel J. Bergeson Named Co-Chair Of The Annual Seminar Committee For ABTL

The Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL), Northern California Chapter, has named Daniel J. Bergeson as Co-Chair of its Annual Seminar Committee for 2015. Mr. Bergeson is also a Member of the Board of Governors for the ABTL Northern California Chapter.

The Annual Seminar is attended by members of all five of the ABTL chapters and will be held at the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa in Ojai, CA from October 1 – 4, 2015. The theme will be A Digital World Confronts An Analog Profession. The seminar will focus on the demands placed on business trial lawyers by a business environment that is increasingly digital and by audiences that couple ever-shorter attention spans with a dislike of passive listening.

The ABTL was founded in 1972 to develop a forum for the discussion of business trials, and has chapters in four cities in California. The Northern California chapter is the largest ABTL chapter (2000 members). In addition, the ABTL is known across the state for its unmatched Annual Seminars, featuring keynote speakers from the bar and the bench: United States Supreme Court, U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and California Supreme Court.
