Legal Scholars To Discuss The Battle Between The Branches

The Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Northern California Chapter, led by President Daniel J. Bergeson, will host a dinner program, “Separation of Powers Under Siege.”  The program will be held on May 7, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco and will feature prominent speakers Professor Vikram D. Amar, Harmeet Kaur Dhillon, Karen L. Dunn, and Professor Amanda L. Tyler, along with moderator Easha Anand.  The speakers will address the current battle between the branches of our government and its implications regarding our constitutional form of government.
