Mr. Costello’s practice concentrates in commercial law, workouts, creditors’ rights, insolvency, bankruptcy, and secured transactions. He also counsels directors, senior management, investors, and creditors concerning potential duties and liabilities to creditors and/or corporations in the “zone of insolvency” and advises and represents such parties in state and federal court litigation concerning their conduct in distressed circumstances.
