The ABTL Report Features Adam Trigg’s In Depth Look Into Third Party Discovery

The Fall 2018 edition of the ABTL Northern California Report features an article by Adam Trigg discussing third party discovery in arbitration proceedings.  Mr. Trigg’s article, entitled Procuring Third Party Document Discovery under the Federal Arbitration Act, discusses how parties can obtain document discovery from third parties in light of a recent Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals opinion seemingly restricting the ability to compel documents from third parties.
