Top Legal Officers For Facebook, Oracle, And Juniper Lead ABTL Panel Discussion

The Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Northern California Chapter, led by President, Daniel J. Bergeson, held its annual Silicon Valley Dinner Program at Menlo Country Club on June 4, 2019. The program, entitled “Sleepless Nights in Silicon Valley – Top In-House Counsel Discuss What Keeps Them Awake,” was moderated by the Honorable Sallie Kim and featured a distinguished panel of leading Silicon Valley general counsel. Panelists Dorian Daley (Oracle), Paul Grewal (Facebook), and Brian Martin (Juniper Networks) provided ABTL members with insightful comments and opinions on an array of pressing legal issues while providing a glimpse into their daily work stressors.
